Shipping & Returns

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email at the address provided. Each piece is handmade in my studio and requires 21–28 business days to complete before it is ready to ship.

All orders are sent via DHL Express with tracking and full parcel insurance included. Once your package has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number directly from DHL Express

Australia

DHL Express (with signature): – $15 AUD

Rest Of The World

DHL Express (with signature) : – $40 AUD

Delivery Times:

Australia

Express: 3 – 7 Business Days.

Rest Of The World

Express: 8 – 16 Business Days.

Any international duties, taxes or charges that may be applied in the customer’s country of residence are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Returns

Unfortunately, as I make each piece per order, I don’t offer refunds for change of mind purchases, so please make sure that you select carefully. If you have any questions, please contact us via our contact page or email contact@daphnehuguette.com

If an item is deemed faulty or is damaged during delivery, please notify me within 10 business days and I will repair it within a reasonable time frame. If I cannot repair it within a reasonable time frame a replacement will be offered.

It is the customers responsibility to return all items in their original condition including all packaging and labels. Return shipping costs and fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. Return shipping must be sent via Australia Post Or DHL (with tracking).
