Shipping & Returns

Once the order is placed, an order confirmation email will be sent to your email address. Each piece is then handmade in my studio, taking between 21-28 business days to complete before it is ready to send.

All orders are sent via Australia Post with tracking.

Australia

Australia Express Post (with signature): – $15 AUD

New Zealand

International Express Post (with signature): – $40 AUD

Rest Of The World

Australia Express Post (with signature) : – $40 AUD


Delivery Times:

Australia

Express: 3 – 7 Business Days.

New Zealand

Express: 5 – 8 Business Days.

Rest Of The World

Express: 8 – 16 Business Days.

Any international duties, taxes or charges that may be applied in the customer’s country of residence are the sole responsibility of the customer.


Returns

Unfortunately, as I make each piece per order, I don’t offer refunds for change of mind purchases, so please make sure that you select carefully. If you have any questions, please contact us via our contact page or email contact@daphnehuguette.com

If an item is deemed faulty or is damaged during delivery, please notify me within 10 business days and I will repair it within a reasonable time frame. If I cannot repair it within a reasonable time frame a replacement will be offered.

It is the customers responsibility to return all items in their original condition including all packaging and labels. Return shipping costs and fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. Return shipping must be sent via Australia Post (with tracking).
