General Care

Store your piece in a dry box or pouch when not wearing it, away from heat and humidity. Remove your jewellery before swimming, exercise, and any contact with household cleaning products.

Avoid wearing pieces when applying creams, perfume, or hairspray and allow these to dry fully before putting your jewellery on.

Gold

Solid gold does not fade or change colour over time, making it well suited to daily wear. With regular use, everyday products like hand cream, sunscreen, and soap can build up on the surface and behind stones, causing pieces to appear dull over time.

To clean, soak in warm water with a small amount of mild liquid soap for 5 to 10 minutes, gently brush with a soft toothbrush around settings and underneath stones, rinse well, and pat dry. For a quick polish between cleans, use the gold cloth provided.

White Gold & Platinum

White Gold

White gold is coated with rhodium to give it its bright, white finish. With regular wear this coating will gradually fade. Replating every 1 to 2 years keeps it looking its best.

To clean, wash with warm water and mild liquid soap, gently brush with a soft toothbrush, and dry with a soft cloth. Store in a soft pouch or separate compartment to avoid scratches.

Platinum

Platinum is naturally white and exceptionally durable. Over time it develops a soft patina, a natural characteristic of the metal.

To clean, wash with warm water and mild liquid soap, gently brush with a soft toothbrush, and polish with a jewellery cloth to restore shine. Store separately to avoid scratching other pieces.
