How do I measure my ring size?
The most accurate way to measure your ring size is with our ring sizer, which we offer on our website to Australian customers only.
What is the difference between 9ct and 18ct yellow gold?
9ct gold contains 37.5% pure gold as well as some alloys including zinc, silver, platinum, and palladium.
18ct gold contains 75% pure gold. The colour of 18ct is more yellow than 9ct gold because of the amount of gold it contains.
Are you diamonds ethically sourced?
Yes, we work with lab grown diamonds which are not mined from the earth. They are created using highly advanced technology and have the same compositions as natural diamonds. Lab grown diamonds are the perfect option for customers who love diamonds with ethical origins.
All pieces featuring lab grown diamond will include a certificate and are dispatched with extra insurance cover.
Can I send you my gemstones?
Yes, we are happy to receive loose gemstones, but unfortunately we do not remove gemstones from any existing jewellery.
Is Daphne Huguette jewellery sustainable?
As all of our pieces are made to order, we go to great lengths to ensure that we don’t waste any materials. The gold and silver that we use in my practice are 100% recycled and we only use the highest quality lab grown diamonds and gemstones.
Can you recycle my gold or silver from other pieces that I own?
We are unfortunately unable to accept metals for recycling.
The ring is too small or too big, can I get it resized?
Yes, we offer a resizing service however a fee may apply. Please visit the resizing page for further instructions.
Please return the ring to PO BOX 2158, Brunswick East, VIC, 3057
How do I take care of my jewellery?
Please check our jewellery care page for more information.
Will the jewellery discolour my skin?
On the odd occasion a small amount of discolouration can appear on the skin after a few days of wear. This is nothing to worry about and is usually caused by the remains of the polishing compound, or an individuals skin pH. It is recommended to clean the piece with a silver cloth every now & then.
