International clients are responsible for any customs duties and import fees applicable in their country. Risk transfers to the client upon delivery or collection.
6. Craftsmanship Guarantee We offer a 6-month workmanship guarantee covering manufacturing faults. Proof of purchase is required and the warranty applies to the original buyer only.
This guarantee does not cover wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, third-party modifications, or damage to client-supplied gemstones.
7. Photography & Portfolio Completed pieces may be photographed for portfolio or marketing purposes. Clients who wish to keep their piece private may request this in writing before production begins.
8. Liability Liability is limited to the value of the purchased item. Daphne Huguette is not responsible for indirect, consequential, or third-party losses. Production timelines are estimates and delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including gemstone sourcing.
