WHICH MATERIAL IS RIGHT FOR ME – Vermeil, Gold-plated, Sterling Silver, or Solid Gold?
Gold-plating is delicate by nature, and it is normal for it to wear over time. Items that have experienced wearing can be taken to a local jeweller for re-plating, should the customer so desire. Daphne Huguette is not responsible for any costs incurred.
Gold-plating is an excellent choice for a customer looking for an accessibly priced item not intended for daily wear. Customers looking for an option for everyday wear should consider vermeil, sterling silver, or solid gold as an alternative to gold-plating, particularly for items that come into frequent, close contact with the skin.
