Domestic (within Australia) orders

All domestic orders are shipped via Australia Post eParcel. Every Daphne Huguette postage method is fully trackable

Estimated delivery time to domestic addresses is 2-7 business days. Please note that due to COVID restrictions there will be some delays.

Please note that these services do not include insurance.

International Orders

All international orders are shipped via Australia Post eParcel or registered Post. Due to COVID International postage will be trackable.  You will receive a notification that your order has been shipped. To upgrade your shipping option, please email contact@daphnehuguette.com before placing your order.

Estimated delivery time to international addresses is 10-15 business days. Please note that due to COVID restrictions there will be some delays.

Due to local restrictions on delivering to home addresses, residents of the following countries must provide PO Box addresses:

  • Oman

  • Qatar

  • Saudi Arabia

  • United Arab Emirates

Duties & Taxes

Daphne Huguette parcels are shipped in accordance with Australian postal rules. All duties, including customs and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer and may be a government requirement of import. Daphne Huguette is not liable for international customs or service tax charges.

Returns:

In order to make a return for exchange or credit note. Refunds for change of mind are not accepted.

If you are unhappy with the product you can return the jewellery pieces as long as they are in good condition and in original packaging within 14 days.

Daphne Huguette cannot be held liable for return parcels that are lost. In turn, we require returning the parcel using a registered postal service.

All the pieces on sale cannot be returned for exchange or credit.
